Product Specific Information

Each lot’s sensitivity is validated by ELISA, and specificity is confirmed via immunoelectrophoresis (IEP).
Rehydrate the lyophilized antibody with 1.1 mL of deionized water and allow to dissolve for 30 minutes at room temperature. Centrifuge to remove particulates. Prepare fresh working dilutions daily.
Store lyophilized material at 2–8 °C. For long-term storage after reconstitution, dilute with 50% glycerol and store at -20 °C as a liquid.

Based on immunoelectrophoresis, no reactivity is observed to:

• Non-immunoglobulin mouse serum proteins
• Light chains on all mouse immunoglobulins
• Mouse IgG F(ab')₂ fragment

Target Information

Anti-Mouse secondary antibodies are affinity-purified with well-characterized specificity for mouse immunoglobulins. They are widely used for detection, sorting, or purification of target molecules.
Secondary antibodies enhance assay versatility and sensitivity through multiple detection systems (e.g., HRP, AP, fluorescence). They are typically generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and purified via immunoaffinity chromatography or other modifications for high specificity.
