Target Information
The PARD6B gene belongs to the PAR6 family and encodes a cytoplasmic protein containing a PDZ domain, an OPR domain, and a semi-Cdc42/Rac interactive binding (CRIB) domain. It plays a key role in asymmetric cell division and cell polarization as part of a multi-protein complex.
