Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): 항체를 실온에서 30분간 반응시킵니다.
- 포르말린 고정 조직의 염색 시, 10 mM Citrate Buffer (pH 6.0)에서 10–20분간 가열 후 실온에서 20분간 냉각하는 과정이 필요합니다.
Target Information
Caldesmon은 평활근 및 비근육 세포의 수축에 관여하는 발달 조절 단백질입니다.
두 가지 형태(h-caldesmon, l-caldesmon)가 존재하며, h-caldesmon(120–150 kDa)은 주로 평활근에서, l-caldesmon(70–80 kDa)은 비근육 조직 및 세포에서 발현됩니다.
두 형태 모두 골격근에서는 검출되지 않습니다.
