Target Information
CCR6는 베타 케모카인 수용체 패밀리에 속하는 단백질로, G 단백질 결합 수용체와 유사한 7개의 막관통 구조를 가집니다. 이 유전자는 미성숙 수지상세포와 메모리 T세포에서 주로 발현되며, 리간드는 MIP-3α (macrophage inflammatory protein 3 alpha)입니다. CCR6는 B세포 계열의 성숙 및 항원 유도 B세포 분화에 중요하며, 염증 및 면역 반응 중 수지상세포와 T세포의 이동 및 모집을 조절하는 역할을 합니다. 동일 단백질을 암호화하는 대체 스플라이싱 전사체가 보고되었습니다.
