Product Specific Information

The monoclonal mouse IgG1 K immunoglobulin is useful as an isotype control.
Applications Reported: Reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.
Applications Tested: Tested by flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood cells and mouse splenocytes. Use at the same concentration as the experimental antibody.

Super Bright 600 is a tandem dye excited with the violet laser line (405 nm) and emits at 600 nm. Use a 610/20 bandpass filter. Ensure instrument compatibility.

When using multiple Super Bright dye-conjugated antibodies, use Super Bright Complete Staining Buffer (Product # SB-4401) to minimize non-specific polymer interactions.

Light Sensitivity: Protect vial and stained samples from light.
Fixation: Samples can be stored in IC Fixation Buffer (Product # 00-8222) or 1-step Fix/Lyse Solution (Product # 00-5333) for up to 3 days at 2–8°C in the dark with minimal impact on brightness and FRET efficiency.

Target Information

Mouse IgG1 is a subtype of immunoglobulin G antibody produced by B cells in response to antigens. It is the most abundant IgG subtype in serum and plays a key role in the adaptive immune response. Composed of two heavy and two light chains, it participates in opsonization, complement activation, and antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity. Widely used in research and diagnostic applications including ELISA, Western blotting, and immunohistochemistry, as well as in therapeutic research such as immunotherapy and vaccine development.
