Target Information
Tryptase는 serine protease 계열에 속하는 단백질로, 주로 비만세포(mast cell)에 존재합니다. 면역 반응에서 염증 및 조직 복구에 관여하는 다른 단백질을 절단하고 활성화하는 역할을 수행합니다. 또한 혈압 조절에 관여하며 천식, 알레르기, 심혈관 질환 등 다양한 질환과 관련이 있습니다. 구조적으로 4개의 동일한 서브유닛으로 이루어진 테트라머 형태를 가지며, 전구효소(proenzyme)가 단백질 분해에 의해 활성화됩니다.
