For larger sizes, aliquots may be prepared to reduce freeze/thaw cycles (do not prepare aliquots below 20 µL).

Target Information

RAF1 (cRAF) is a MAP kinase kinase (MAP3K) functioning downstream of Ras family GTPases. Upon activation, RAF1 phosphorylates and activates MEK1 and MEK2, which subsequently activate ERK1 and ERK2.
The RAF1 Y340D/Y341D mutant is constitutively active. Activated ERKs regulate gene expression involved in cell cycle, apoptosis, differentiation, and migration.
Mutations in RAF1 are associated with Noonan syndrome 5 and LEOPARD syndrome 2.
