Target Information
TGF-beta는 Smad 단백질 패밀리를 통해 배아 발달 및 종양 발생과 같은 다양한 세포 과정을 조절하는 보편적으로 발현된 사이토카인입니다. 이 신호전달은 Ski 및 관련 단백질 SnoN에 의해 음성적으로 조절됩니다. SnoN은 Smad 단백질에 결합하여 인산화를 방지하고, DNA 결합 및 하위 유전자 전사 활성화를 억제합니다. SnoN은 암 조직이나 세포에서는 주로 핵에, 정상 조직이나 상피세포에서는 세포질에 위치합니다.
