Target Information
TSG101-4A10 recognizes the TSG101 protein, a product of the Tumor Susceptibility Gene. Inactivation of this gene in mouse fibroblasts leads to cell transformation and tumor formation in nude mice.
The TSG101 gene encodes a 46 kDa protein containing a proline-rich domain and a leucine-zipper motif within a coiled-coil domain near the carboxyl terminus.
