Target Information
ASAP2는 β 패밀리에 속하는 다중 도메인 단백질로, ANK 반복, Arf-GAP 도메인, PH 도메인, SH3 도메인을 포함합니다. 이 단백질은 골지체 및 세포막에 위치하며, protein tyrosine kinase 2-beta (PYK2)와 공위치를 이루며 복합체를 형성합니다. 활성화된 PYK2에 의해 인산화되며, PYK2와 SRC 신호 경로의 하위 타깃으로 작용합니다. ASAP2는 ARF1, ARF5, ARF6을 활성화하여 post-Golgi 소포 형성과 분비 조절에 관여하며, Fcγ 수용체 및 ARF6 매개 식세포 작용을 조절합니다. 주로 심장, 뇌, 태반, 신장, 단핵구, 췌장에서 발현되며, 단핵구 성숙 시 발현이 증가합니다. 다양한 아이소폼을 암호화하는 여러 전사 변이가 존재합니다.
