Target Information
DYNC1LI1 encodes a ribosomal protein that is part of the 40S subunit involved in protein synthesis. The protein is located in the cytoplasm and belongs to the S12E family. Increased expression has been observed in colorectal cancer tissues compared to normal colonic mucosa. Multiple processed pseudogenes of this gene are dispersed throughout the genome.
