ZC3H12B는 zinc finger 모티프의 C-말단에 RasGEF 도메인을 가지며, Ras 매개 신호전달에 관여할 가능성이 있습니다.
주로 뇌, 흉선, 고환에서 발현되며, ZC3H12A 및 ZC3H12C와 달리 LPS 처리 후 대식세포에서는 발현되지 않습니다.
