Target Information
CTLA-4 (Cytotoxic T-Lymphocyte Antigen 4)는 주로 CD4+ T 세포에서 발현되는 CD28 계열 수용체로, B 세포 및 수지상세포의 CD80/CD86 리간드와 결합함. CD28보다 높은 친화도를 가지며, T 세포 기능을 억제하는 역할을 함. 조절 T 세포 내에서도 발현되어 그 기능에 중요한 역할을 할 수 있음.
