Target Information
Aux/IAA 단백질은 짧은 반감기를 가지는 전사 억제 인자로, 낮은 옥신 농도에서 초기 옥신 반응 유전자들의 발현을 억제합니다. 이러한 억제는 Auxin Response Factor (ARF) 단백질과의 상호작용에 의해 이루어지며, ARF 단백질은 AuxRE(옥신 반응 프로모터 요소)에 결합합니다. ARF 단백질과의 이합체 형성은 초기 옥신 반응 유전자의 발현 조절 능력에 영향을 줄 수 있습니다.
