이 항체는 HRP-conjugated Goat Anti-Rat IgG (H+L)로서, Mouse, Human, Bovine, Horse, Rabbit 혈청 단백질에 대한 교차반응이 최소화되어 있습니다. 면역전기영동 결과, Rat IgG의 heavy chain과 대부분 rat immunoglobulin의 light chain에 반응하며, 비면역글로불린 단백질에는 반응하지 않습니다.

각 제품은 NovaFluor conjugate 1 vial과 CellBlox Plus Blocking Buffer 1 vial을 포함합니다.

응용 보고: HRP anti-rat IgG는 immunoblotting (WB), immunohistochemical staining, ELISA에 사용 보고됨.

권장 희석 범위:

• Immunohistochemistry: 1:500 – 1:5,000
