Target Information
VCAM-1 (Vascular Cell Adhesion Molecule 1) is a cell surface sialoglycoprotein expressed by cytokine-activated endothelium.
It regulates leukocyte migration, leukocyte–endothelial cell adhesion, and signal transduction, and may play roles in inflammatory diseases.
