Target Information
TIGD2는 인간의 DNA 매개 전이효소(pogo superfamily of DNA-mediated transposons) 중 tigger 하위군에 속합니다. 이 단백질들은 곰팡이와 선충에서 발견되는 DNA 전이효소와 관련이 있으며, Tc1 및 mariner 전이효소와도 유사합니다. 또한 주요 포유류 중심체 단백질 B와 매우 유사합니다. 이 유전자의 정확한 기능은 아직 알려져 있지 않습니다.
