Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed) 시, 항체를 실온에서 30분간 반응시킵니다. 포르말린 고정 조직 염색 시, 10 mM Tris 및 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) 용액에서 95°C로 45분간 가열 후, 실온에서 20분간 냉각합니다.
Target Information
면역글로불린은 두 개의 중쇄(heavy chain)와 두 개의 경쇄(light chain)로 이루어진 기본 구조를 가지며, 경쇄는 카파(kappa)와 람다(lambda) 두 종류가 있습니다. 카파 경쇄와 람다 경쇄는 항원 특이적 상수영역에 의해 구분되며, 카파:람다 비율은 약 70:30입니다. 카파 경쇄에 대한 항체는 백혈병, 형질세포종, 비호지킨 림프종의 식별에 유용하며, 림프성 침윤의 클론성을 확인하는 데 사용됩니다.
