Target Information
NEK9는 염색체 정렬 및 분리를 조절하는 NEK 계열 단백질 키나아제로, NIMA 유사 촉매 도메인, RCC1 유사 중앙 도메인, C-말단 코일드-코일 도메인을 포함합니다. 활성화된 NEK9는 Nek6 및 RCC1과 결합하며, Bicd2 단백질을 인산화할 수 있습니다. 정상 인간 뇌에서 발현이 확인되었으며, 다양한 조직 라이브러리(정상 골, 림프, 흉선 및 암성 자궁경부, 눈, 림프, 태반 등)에서 EST가 분리되었습니다.
