Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step.

Target Information
The PPIF gene encodes a member of the peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase (PPIase) family.
PPIases catalyze the cis-trans isomerization of proline imidic peptide bonds, facilitating protein folding.
PPIF is part of the mitochondrial permeability transition pore in the inner mitochondrial membrane and is implicated in apoptotic and necrotic cell death mechanisms.
