PPP1R7 (also known as Sds22) is a 360-amino-acid nuclear protein containing ten LRR (leucine-rich) repeats. It acts as a regulatory subunit of the PP1 complex and is expressed in various tissues, suggesting a role in protein regulation throughout the cell. Multiple isoforms exist due to alternative splicing.
