Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
FLT1 (VEGFR1) is a receptor tyrosine kinase critical for angiogenesis. It regulates endothelial cell proliferation and survival, playing roles in processes such as tumor progression, diabetic retinopathy, rheumatoid arthritis, and wound healing.
FLT1 may act as a negative regulator of embryonic angiogenesis and modulate VEGFA signaling by sequestering VEGFA, thus limiting its availability for KDR binding.
