Target Information
eIF3D는 진핵 번역 개시 인자(eIF3) 복합체의 주요 단백질로, 40S 리보솜 소단위와 결합하여 리보솜의 해리 상태를 유지하는 데 기여합니다. 또한 eIF2/GTP/methionyl-tRNA 삼중복합체와 상호작용하여 40S 개시 복합체 형성을 촉진하고, mRNA 결합을 돕습니다. eIF3D는 eIF3 복합체의 주요 RNA 결합 서브유닛으로, p170 서브유닛과 결합합니다. 대부분의 조직에서 널리 발현되며, DNA 손상 시 ATM 또는 ATR에 의해 인산화될 가능성이 있습니다.
