- In direct ELISAs and Western blots, approximately 20% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse EPCR is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
The EPCR (Endothelial Protein C Receptor) is a receptor for activated protein C, a serine protease involved in the blood coagulation pathway.
This N-glycosylated type I membrane protein enhances the activation of protein C.
Mutations in the EPCR gene have been associated with venous thromboembolism, myocardial infarction, and late fetal loss during pregnancy.
