Target Information
S. cerevisiae에서 Cdc37은 cyclin-dependent kinase(CDK)에 작용하여 세포 분열 주기를 조절하는 중요한 인자로 알려져 있습니다. 또한 v-Src, casein kinase II, MPS1 kinase, sevenless receptor tyrosine kinase 등 세포 주기 외 신호 전달 경로와 관련된 다양한 kinase와 연관되어 있습니다.
HSP90은 Cdc37과 동일한 세포 내 표적들과 결합하는 것으로 알려져 있으며, Cdc37은 이전에 p50으로 명명된 단백질과 동일합니다. Cdc37/p50은 Src-family kinase(Fyn, Yes, Fes, Lck, Fgr), Raf 및 pp60v-src와 복합체를 형성합니다. 최근 연구에 따르면 Cdc37은 HSP90과 함께 또는 독립적으로 샤페론 역할을 수행하며, HSP90이 Cdk4에 결합하기 위해서는 Cdc37이 필수적입니다.
