Product Specific Information
This antibody detects recombinant human DLL1 in direct ELISAs and Western blots. No cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse DLL4 is observed.
Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS before use.
Target Information
Delta-like protein 1 (DLL1) is a transmembrane protein characterized by epidermal growth factor (EGF)-like repeats. It acts as a ligand for the Notch receptor and regulates differentiation of progenitor cells, inhibiting B-cell lineage differentiation while promoting T-cell/NK-cell precursor formation.
