Target Information
G6D, also known as Lymphocyte antigen 6 complex locus G6D (LY6G6D), is a type I transmembrane protein belonging to the immunoglobulin (Ig) superfamily. It is composed of cell-surface proteins involved in immune system function and cellular recognition.
This protein forms a disulfide-linked homodimer with an Ig-like V-type domain and is known to interact with GRB2 and GRB7 in a phosphorylation-dependent manner, playing an important role in downstream signal transduction pathways.
