Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, an additional desalting step is recommended (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The GADD45G gene is part of a family whose expression increases in response to stress-induced growth arrest and DNA damage.
This protein mediates activation of the p38/JNK pathway via MTK1/MEKK4 kinase and is highly expressed in the placenta.
