Thermo Fisher Scientific의 anti-fluorescent dye antibody는 특정 형광체를 인식하며 대부분 형광을 소광(quenching)합니다.
Anti-tetramethylrhodamine (TRITC) 및 anti-Texas Red™ 항체는 형광체에 결합하여 세포 내 침투 여부를 확인하는 cell-impermeant probe로 활용될 수 있습니다.
이 항체는 Texas Red 형광체에 대해 높은 소광 효율을 보이며, TRITC 및 Rhodamine Red™ 형광체에도 교차 반응성을 가집니다.
공급된 항체는 고감도 quenching assay를 통해 일관된 높은 역가(titer)를 보장합니다.
20 µL의 항체 용액은 1 mL의 50 nM Texas Red 용액에서 ≥50%의 최대 형광 소광을 유도하도록 인증되어 있습니다.
Texas Red의 최대 소광은 자유 염료 형광의 약 60% 수준이며, 단백질에 결합된 경우 입체적 장애로 인해 소광 효율이 낮을 수 있습니다.
Target Information
Biotin과 달리 형광 염료 기반 hapten은 세포 및 조직 염색 시 배경 없는 신호를 제공하며, biotin-streptavidin 방법의 민감한 대안으로 사용됩니다.
