Target Information

ROCK2는 골격근에서 우세한 ROCK 아이소폼으로, Rho GTPases의 하위 조절자로 작용합니다. ROCK2는 세포질분열, 평활근 수축, 액틴 스트레스 섬유 및 focal adhesion 형성, c-fos serum response element의 활성화를 조절합니다. 이 단백질은 ROCK1의 아이소자임이며, 소형 GTPase Rho의 표적입니다.
