Target Information
ZRANB3는 DNA 복제 포크의 안정성을 유지하는 데 필요한 DNA annealing helicase 및 endonuclease로, 정지되거나 붕괴된 복제 포크의 재시작을 촉진하고 부적절한 재조합을 방지합니다.
이 단백질은 polyubiquitinated PCNA에 의해 정지된 DNA 복제 부위로 모집되며, 복제 포크 D-loop 중간체를 절단하여 DNA polymerase가 확장 가능한 3'-OH 그룹을 생성합니다.
또한 annealing helicase 활성을 통해 복제 포크의 붕괴를 방지하고 이중 가닥 절단의 형성을 억제합니다.
