Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The RUNX3 gene encodes a member of the runt domain-containing family of transcription factors.
A heterodimer of this protein and a beta subunit binds to the core DNA sequence 5'-PYGPYGGT-3' found in various enhancers and promoters, acting as either an activator or repressor of transcription.
RUNX3 functions as a tumor suppressor and is often deleted or transcriptionally silenced in cancers. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
