Target Information
Beta amyloid는 amyloid precursor protein이 감마-시크라제(gamma-secretase)에 의해 절단되어 생성되는 40–43 아미노산 길이의 펩타이드입니다.
Beta Amyloid (1–40)과 Beta Amyloid (1–42)는 주요 C-말단 변이형으로, 알츠하이머병 환자의 뇌 조직에서 발견되는 세포외 플라크의 주요 구성 성분입니다.
