Target Information

SERPINB4는 squamous cell carcinoma antigen 2 (SCCA-2) 또는 leupin으로도 알려져 있으며, 인간 granzyme의 단백질분해 활성을 직접 억제합니다. HeLa 세포에서 SERPINB4의 과발현은 recombinant granzyme에 의해 유도된 세포사멸 및 NK 세포 매개 세포사멸을 억제합니다.
