Syntrophin alpha-1 (Dystrophin, SNTA1)은 근섬유 내면에 존재하는 큰 막대 모양의 세포골격 단백질로, Dystrophin 및 관련 단백질과 결합된 주변막 단백질입니다. Duchenne 근이영양증 환자에서는 결손되어 있으며, Becker 근이영양증에서는 감소된 양으로 존재합니다. 이 유전자는 Syntrophin 유전자군에 속하며, 구조적으로 관련된 두 개 이상의 다른 유전자를 포함합니다.
