Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Tissue Factor Pathway Inhibitor (TFPI), also known as lipoprotein-associated coagulation inhibitor, is a protease inhibitor that regulates the tissue factor (TF)-dependent pathway of blood coagulation.
TFPI is glycosylated and primarily found in the vascular endothelium and plasma, both in free form and complexed with plasma lipoproteins.
It inhibits activated factor X and VIIa–TF proteases in an autoregulatory loop, controlling coagulation and fibrin clot formation.
