Target Information
Napsin 1은 주로 폐에서 발현되는 아스파르트산 프로테아제로, 신장 및 다양한 전이성 암에서도 발견됩니다. 정상 폐 및 신장 조직에서는 서팩턴트 단백질 B를 처리하지만, 암 발생 시 비정상적으로 조절됩니다.
Napsin 1은 여러 암의 식별 및 원발성 종양과 전이암의 감별에 유용하며, 특히 TTF-1 분석과 병행할 경우 암종 구분을 위한 특이적 바이오마커로 활용됩니다. 또한 폐포 단백질증 및 신세뇨관 단백질 대사와도 관련이 있습니다.
