Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
NUDT10 cleaves a beta-phosphate from diphosphate groups in PP-InsP5 (diphosphoinositol pentakisphosphate), suggesting a role in signal transduction.
It catalyzes the hydrolysis of dinucleoside oligophosphates, with Ap6A and Ap5A as preferred substrates.
Major reaction products: ADP and p4a from Ap6A; ADP and ATP from Ap5A.
Also hydrolyzes 5-phosphoribose 1-diphosphate.
