- For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
- For conjugation experiments, an additional desalting step is recommended (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

CD16 (encoded by FCGR3A) is a receptor that recognizes the Fc portion of immunoglobulin G. It plays a role in immune complex clearance, cell-mediated cytotoxicity, and enhancement of viral infections.
This gene shares high similarity with FCGR3B on chromosome 1.
