0.5 µg/mL 농도에서 20 µg의 총 단백질을 사용한 Western blot에서 FKBP52 검출에 충분함. 2차 항체로 Goat Anti-Mouse IgG:HRP를 사용한 컬러리메트릭 면역블롯 분석에 적용 가능. 약 52 kDa 단백질 검출. SDS-PAGE 상에서 무거운 사슬이 FKBP52 근처에서 이동함.
