Target Information
TSC22 domain family protein (TSC22)는 early response gene 계열의 전사 인자로, C-type natriuretic peptide (CNP) 프로모터에 작용하는 전사 억제 단백질입니다. 이 단백질은 세포 성장, 분화, 세포사 조절에 관여하며 Smad3 및 Smad4의 전사 활성 조절에 영향을 미칩니다. 대부분의 태아 및 성체 조직에서 발현되며, 특히 대동맥 내피세포에서 발현되고 TGFB 등 사이토카인에 의해 유도됩니다. 백혈병 및 전립선암의 잠재적 치료 표적 단백질로 연구되고 있습니다.
