Target Information
GAS41 has high sequence homology to human MLLT1 and MLLT3 proteins, which belong to a class of transcription factors. This suggests that GAS41 may also function as a transcription factor and is required for RNA transcription. The GAS41 gene has been shown to be amplified in tumors.
