LUBAC은 IKBKG 및 RIPK1에 선형 유비퀴틴을 결합하여 canonical NF-κB 및 JNK 신호전달 경로를 활성화시키며, TNF 유도 세포사멸을 억제하여 염증을 방지합니다.
또한 FAM105B/otulin과 함께 혈관신생 과정에서 canonical Wnt 신호전달을 조절합니다.
