Target Information
CSK는 SRC 온코단백질의 카르복시 말단 인산화를 통해 그 활성을 하향 조절하는 티로신 키나아제로 알려져 있습니다. SRC에 의한 세포 변형은 이러한 인산화를 방해하는 다양한 기전에 의해 유발되므로, CSK 유전자는 종양억제유전자로 기능할 수 있습니다. CSK는 세포 성장, 분화, 이동, 면역 반응의 조절에 중요한 역할을 하며, LCK, SRC, HCK, FYN, LYN, CSK, YES1 등 SRC 계열 키나아제의 C-말단 티로신 잔기를 인산화합니다. 약 50 kDa 크기의 단백질로 세포질에 널리 발현되며, 일부는 PAG(Csk-binding protein)과의 상호작용을 통해 지질 뗏목(lipid raft)에 분포합니다.
