Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
SUMO is a small ubiquitin-like protein that can be covalently conjugated to other proteins.
SENP2 is one of a group of enzymes that process newly synthesized SUMO1, SUMO2, and SUMO3 into conjugatable mature forms and catalyze their deconjugation from target substrates.
SENP2 may also down-regulate CTNNB1 levels and thereby modulate the Wnt pathway.
