Product Specific Information
- For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve ~1 mg/mL concentration.
- For conjugation experiments, perform additional desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
CTLA4 (Cytotoxic T-Lymphocyte Antigen 4) is a CD28-family receptor mainly expressed on CD4+ T cells. It binds CD80 and CD86 with higher affinity than CD28, inhibiting T cell activation. Intracellular CTLA4 is also found in regulatory T cells and contributes to their suppressive function.
