Target Information
Rb는 DNA에 결합할 수 있는 종양 억제 핵 인산화 단백질로, 세린과 트레오닌 잔기에 인산화되며 티로신 잔기에는 인산화되지 않습니다. SV40 large T antigen, adenovirus E1A, HPV-16 E 단백질과 복합체를 형성할 수 있습니다. Rb 단백질은 전사 조절을 통해 세포 성장 제어에 관여하며, 그 기능 상실은 비정상적인 세포 증식을 유발할 수 있습니다. RB 유전자의 이상은 유방암, 대장암, 전립선암, 신장암, 비인두암, 백혈병 등 다양한 암과 관련이 있습니다.
