Target Information
FKBP5는 면역조절 및 단백질 접힘·수송에 관여하는 immunophilin 단백질군의 구성원입니다.
FKBP5는 FK506 및 rapamycin과 결합하는 cis-trans prolyl isomerase로, calcineurin 억제에 관여하며, 프로게스테론 수용체 복합체 및 heat shock protein(90 kDa), P23 단백질과 기능적으로 상호작용합니다.
FKBP5 유전자는 다중 polyadenylation 부위를 가지며, 대체 스플라이싱에 의해 다양한 전사체 변형을 생성합니다.
