FcgRIV (CD16-2)는 IgG2a 및 IgG2b에 대한 중간 친화도 활성 수용체로, 인간 FcgRIIIA의 마우스 상동체입니다.
CD16-2는 모든 allotype에 대해 낮은 친화도의 IgE 수용체이며, 항원-IgE 면역복합체에 의해 FcgRIV가 결합되면 대식세포 매개 식세포작용을 촉진하고 폐 염증에 관여합니다.
