FcgRIV (CD16-2)는 IgG2a 및 IgG2b에 대한 중간 친화성 활성 수용체로, 인간의 FcgRIIIA의 마우스 상동체입니다. CD16-2는 모든 동형의 IgE에 대해 낮은 친화성을 가지며, 항원-IgE 면역 복합체에 의해 활성화될 경우 대식세포 매개 식세포 작용 및 폐 염증 반응에 관여합니다.
